At Erickson Asphalt, we recently completed a project for Milaca Unclaimed Freight in Milaca, MN. They specialize in offering discounted household items due to manufacturer mis-shipments, with all items being brand new. We took on the task of maintaining their 100,000-square-foot parking lot.
Our team began by sealing the cracks using 1,000 lbs of crack sealer. With the cracks properly sealed, we applied two coats of ESS Enviro Kote, enhancing the mixture with Iron-Kote for added durability and performance. This combination ensures long-lasting protection for the parking lot.
The customer preferred not to strip the lot, allowing flexibility for customers, especially those with trailers. To accommodate their business needs, we scheduled the work on a Sunday when the store was closed, ensuring our work had no impact on their operations. We prioritize our commercial customers' needs, always striving to minimize any disruption to their business.
This project is another example of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the parking lot remains in top condition for years.
