Project Recap: Parking Lot Sealcoating for New Life Church

Project Overview
New Life Church, in Princeton, MN partnered with us to restore and protect its 150,000-square-foot parking lot while maintaining continuous access for church staff, members, and visitors. The project included 19 asphalt patches, comprehensive crack sealing, sweeping and cleaning of the entire lot, sealcoating, and complete restriping.
To minimize disruptions, the work was completed in two carefully planned phases, allowing traffic to safely access the facility throughout the project while meeting the church’s operational needs.

Work Completed
- Asphalt patching (19 repairs)
- Crack sealing
- Full parking lot sweeping and cleaning
- Sealcoating the entire 150,000-square-foot lot
- Complete parking lot striping

Challenges
The primary challenge was completing work on a large, high-traffic parking lot without interrupting access to the church. Careful scheduling and phased construction allowed the facility to remain accessible while maintaining project efficiency and quality.

Results
The completed project significantly improved the appearance, durability, and longevity of the parking lot. Recognizing the heavy traffic the lot experiences, we incorporated Iron Kote into the sealcoat mix to provide enhanced durability and improved long-term performance. By completing the project in two phases, we maintained safe and convenient access to the church throughout construction, delivering a finished parking lot that is both attractive and built to withstand years of heavy use.
