Isanti Estates
We did a full road and driveway reconstruction for Isanti Estates, a mobile home park that needed extensive improvements throughout the property. The scope included rebuilding 44 individual driveways, reclaiming and repaving the main road, and overlaying the community basketball court. In total, we laid 1,600 tons of asphalt across the site.
We coordinated closely with park management to keep disruptions to a minimum for residents. Our reclaimer unit ground the existing road and base into a new foundation in a single pass, cutting costs and eliminating the need for additional base material. The finished project gives the community smooth driveways, a solid road, and a refreshed court.
Pine Village
We completed a major repaving project for Pine Village, a manufactured home community in Cambridge, MN. The scope included repaving 150 driveways and over 30,000 square yards of streets, with 5,025 tons of asphalt placed across the property.
With hundreds of homeowners affected, we worked closely with park management to develop a phased plan that kept parking and home access available throughout. Two weeks of continuous rain caused delays, but we adjusted schedules and mobilized additional resources to stay on track.
